No cars. Were not that good, LOL!

Were leaving Buffalo around 5 am that Saturday, 6 hour drive to the show. After the show we'll start heading back and stay at a hotel in Toledo. It's about an hour away from Detroit. Then head home Sunday.

It's February 25th and 26th. We figure it will run us about $100 or so a piece between the tickets, food, the hotel and pitching in for gas.

It's faster to drive through Canada. I've done that a few times.

Sounds like a great trip. Just hope the weather is good. It can get pretty dicey at that time of year.

Yeah, But Matt doesn't have an Enhanced license or pass port, so it takes a while to get through customs. And it only saves an hour.

Road time doesn't bother me, I get thru it.

Pete, I'm hoping too. If it's nice, we'll take the Oldsmobile. Best car I have on gas and comfort. If not, we'll take Matt's truck. back seat will be a little cramped, with luggage, but it'll get us through anything.

Well, it's that time again! To start figuring out a car show schedule.

So far I have:
In June
Cruisin for Cats
The GM Nationals

In July
Super Chevy Ohio

In August
Summit racing All Chevy Show

In Spetember
Roar by the Shore in Mentor Ohio
Roswell Car show

Not even sure if I will take both cars or just one.

Anyone else making plans?

I'm hoping that you DO realize that's only 2 local shows, so far, on your list.

I haven't seen any official lists yet but we will do quite a few local shows each month. I know we have Mopars in Syracuse in June and of course Hilton and The Windmill in October as far as out of town shows. .

Yes, I know there are only 2 so far. Maybe another show will pop up.

And, I found another show that will probably make the list.
Peak n peak is October 14th. We did that show 2 years ago, but this year, Dennis Gage of the tv show My Classic Car will be there.

Clint, yeah, when Matthew was little I could barely afford the house and 3 vehicles. Now we're up to seven and I need to replace the truck.

Work sucks right now, so I've been doing side jobs like crazy to pay for bills and put cash away for a truck down payment. Good thing I didn't build a race car!
