I'd love to go. Gotta check with the wife and see what's going on that weekend.

I won't be able to make it, I have a side job planned. Besides, I didn't care for that show, but they did have a great Blueberry Pie!!!

The thing I like about it is the crafts and stuff. Gives the woman something to do so they're not bored.

Don't blame you at all Dave. It's a long haul and if Ro and I hadn't preregistered I don't think I'd be going either. Daughter # 3 ( Ro's daughter Kerrie) is going so we'll be doing a lot of shopping...... INDOORS and away from any wind. ;)

Pete - what's the game plan for Saturday? I think I'm going to go. Weather seems like it won't be horrible.
I can meet you somewhere along the way & cruise there together.

That would be great Clint. Ro and I usually get there fairly early to avoid parking in the back 40 mud hole. Let me check the times and my route again.

I checked my routes and I think the 5-6 times I've gone there I've gone a different way. The only consistency I have is that I do actually go thru the town of Penn Yan on 14A. Ro, Kerrie and I are leaving here at 6:30 in the morning. We like to get there fairly early and "set up" away from the mud.

Just leaving now Clint. Hope to catch up with you there at the show. The PT should be easy to spot. ;)

Another long day. Left here at 6:30am and got home around 7 tonite. Weather held off nicely and they had a decent crowd, 322 cars to be exact. Lots of VERY nice cars and I'd imagine there were a group of guys who are use to winning who went home empty handed today despite 50 top cars awards given out. There were several "spotless" cars that I thought would be a shoe in for a plaque but no dice. .

Yeah, that show brings out some really nice cars from the Finger Lakes area. Wish I could have gone, the weather was pretty nice today. But I had to pull the cylinder head off a 2004 PT Cruiser, then back here to the garage to do a 4 wheel brake job on an Accord and front brakes on an Impala. Better to make money than to spend it.

Sooooooooo, Any good pies this year??????? LOL!

I stayed and prepped the car till right after they judged it ( 12:15) . By the time I made it to the Mennonite pie area they were sold out :( . I did grab some Jonagold apples however which just started being picked this week. They mature late and Hilton's too early for them. Of course I hit the fudge area for some new Red Velvet flavor. BTW : Got a flyer for a show in Canandaigua on the 25th from 8-4:30. Rain date is the next day. I hate that, you get 1/2 way there and they cancel it so you're suppose to drive there the next day again? That's one huge reason I like the Windmill and Hilton... they're rain or shine shows.

Sorry I didn't make it down Pete. Pretty bummed about that.
So there's one more show this year on the 25th? Where in Canandaigua is it?
